Heights Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
Repaint the exterior of the house in new paint color scheme as follows:
a. Body of House — Sherwin Williams # SW-6457, "Kind Green";
b. Trim of House — Sherwin Williams #SW-7564;
as per the attached color samples and photo.
An approved Certifica Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.4101165 for fees and information regarding permits.
