This letter confirms on April 24, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA20-32 for the property addressed 211 East Worth Street, legally
described as Block 35, Lot 4, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this
Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove the existing roof shingles and install a new composition shingle roof;
2. Level the existing foundation;
as per the attached photo with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Cer ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit!is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
