The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Construct a new two -car detached garage in the southwest corner of the rear yard of house, with garage doors facing South Dooley Street and with an attached covered patio; 2. Paint colors of the body and trim of the garage are to match the paint color scheme of the McPherson Farmhouse; 3. Wood garage roll up door to be 8' high by 16' wide, with exterior of natural cedar stained finish; as per the attached plans, specifications, and photos with the conditions a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
