This letter confirms that on January 18, 2011, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions CA11 -09 for property addressed at 334 South Main Street, legally described
as Block 2, Lot(s) 7A & 8, City of Grapevine. The following was approved on this
Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Exterior painting of storefront per paint colors approved by staff
per approved drawings with the conditions that a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
