Body of House — "white" satin finish; Trim of House — "white" satin finish; b. Barge Board - "soft gray" with satin finish; c. Porch foundation boards - "soft gray" with satin finish; d. Porch Barge Board - "soft gray" with satin finish; e. Porch ceilings — "sky blue" with satin finish; f. Porch floor decking —"dark gray"; 2. Install wood spindle railing on front and back porches; 3. Install wood plank shutters on front and west side windows; as per the attached color schedule, details and photos with the conditions a permit is obtained from the building department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
