This letter confirms on January 13, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions CAI 3-07 for the property addressed 401 (403) South Main Street,
legally described as Block 18 Lts 9 & 10, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas.
The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to install an expanded metal in steel frame ladder with hasp and lock for
access to the roof on back of building. A permit is required.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for fees and information regarding
permits.
