To the City of Grapevine,
We have been notified that a duplicate building permit application for window
replacement has been submitted for 4331 Windswept Lane. When our agent, Alex Ng,
tried to submit an application, he was told that the homeowner, Michael Sullivan,
submitted another application himself one day prior. We verified that the homeowner
desires to apply for a permit himself. This is a letter from our company granting
permission to the homeowner, Michael Sullivan,to obtain his own permit. Ile will now
be responsible for the permit from obtaining it to ensure it passes inspection.

It's the "U" factor which is a .30 w/ 1" insulated glass carrying Cardinal LoE270 glass. This
glass carries a .25 SHGC (Solar Heat Gain Coefficient).
That's what they will be looking for.
