When our agent, Alex Ng, tried to submit an application, he was told that the homeowner, Michael Sullivan, submitted another application himself one day prior. We verified that the homeowner desires to apply for a permit himself. This is a letter from our company granting permission to the homeowner, Michael Sullivan,to obtain his own permit.
