Watson stated the Council had requested this item be placed on the agenda to consider continuation of the City of r Grapevine' s membership in the North Texas Commission. Mr. Rick f Douglas, President of the North Texas Comission, had addressed the City Council at the October 17, 1989 City Council meeting. G , Council Member Pittman, seconded by Council Member Spencer, made a motion that the City of Grapevine withdraw from the North Texas s ; Commission.
