with conditions CA13 -06 for the property addressed 401 (403) South Main Street,
legally described as Block 18 Lts 9 & 10, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas.
The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
As requested by the Masonic Lodge #288, to install a third wall mount
sconce light fixture above the wall mounted Masonic plaques on the Main
Street side of building. An electrical permit is required.
