This letter confirms that on January 18, 2011, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions CA11 -04 for property addressed at 409 South Main Street, legally described
as Block 18, Lot 7, City of Grapevine. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
1. Change face of existing 48" x 36 " sign,
as per approved drawings with the conditions that a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
Please note this approved Certifcate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit ^ } I is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Department at 817- 410 -3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
