This letter confirms that on June 06, 2011, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions CAI 1-34 for property addressed at 412 South Main Street, legally described
as Block 3, Lot 4, Grapevine, City of. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
New paint color on building front and trim (Sherwin Williams Downing Sand 2822),
recessed display windows trim (SW Chelsea Gray 2850), extra trim boards
(SW Weathered Shingle 2841 and front doors and pillar posts (SW Roycroft Pewter
2848)
with the condition that a permit be obtained from the building department.
Please note this approved Certifi ite of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Departmen at 817 - 410 -3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
