This letter confirms on May 4, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
#CA20-38 for the property addressed 205 East College Street, legally described as Block 31,
Lot 5R, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
Repaint the house in a new paint color scheme as follows:
Body of the house — Behr, #PPU12-12u "Gallery White";
Trim of the house — Benjamin Moore, #HC-168 "Chelsea Gray";
Front Door and Balcony Doors — Benjamin Moore, #1679 "Bedford Blue",
All other exterior doors of the house — Behr, #G9-7 "Marquee Black";
Porch ceilings — Benjamin Moore, #CC-790 "Polar Sky";
Porch floors — Benjamin Moore, #HC-179 "Platinum Gray;
as per the attached color swatches and photo.
An approved Certificate f Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / Cs not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.31 5 for fees and information regarding permits.
