Four solid masonry walls: — Pose safety challenges for operators' personnel to quickiy evacuate site — Restrict or delay access to emergency vehicles, fire trucks, rescue crews, etc. (harder to remove masonry walls in emergency than to remove chain link) — Hide vandals, miscreants or partying teen-agers from public/police view — Restrict movement and pose safety risk for routine maintenance and additional wells — Hamper efforts to reduce size of padsite when all drilling complete • Aesthetical situations vary based on neighborhood — Residential neighborhoods have different needs than industrial areas — All-masonry walls may look like a fortress, rather than blend in with environment. Depending on location, some sides may require no landscaping and others may require more. � • A variety of plant materials - trees and shrubs - should factor into any proposed landscaping • Indigenous plant material should be installed whenever possible • Surrounding environment should be considered when designing a landscaping plan • Irrigation is contingent upon getting water lines to the site • 60 days is often not adequate.
