A number of changes were directed at improving internal controls, system controls and process improvement. They included such things as segregation of duties, supervisor review and controlled access to signature stamps, etc. The Municipal Court has also participated in the Teen Court Program. This program allows for a juvenile to experience the judicial process by a review of their peers. It has been a very successful program in the City of Grapevine.
