Dear City of Grapevine Leaders;
As an adjacent property owner (and 21 year Grapevine resident} to the proposed
RaceTrac gas sfafion for 751 E. Northwest Hwy, we respec#fui(y profest this suggestec(
land use. We are very pleased with the mast recent area developments such as the
stunning 91� Memorial and it's cannected Center;the Ailstate building; and
impravernents to the Grace resale shop. But we feel that with 3 current gas stations less
than 'lz a block from the site, #his end a#tovun is not lacking in gas stations. And as the
Eastern Gateway to aur Historic District from our 2 resorts, we feel that there are several
better business additians this side of town coufd suppart. We appreciate the City's effort
ta enhance and promote the rea! `town' feel of Grapevine and believe there are better
options in this very visible location that fit this side af town better. Thanks so much far
asking for and listening to our concerns.
