David Weekly has pulled out and will not be building anymore. There are empty lots that are
rapidly becoming an eyesore with over grown weeds and grass.
Our property values will decline if the area is not built up.
I have visited the site of JR Rose Architecture in Coppell and he builds a very attractive
townhouse that I think would be an asset to the Townhomes of Westgate. His development plan,
I believe, is superior to that of David Weekly.
This is an excellent location and it will attract buyers. I believe the marketing plan is a good one.
When the units are sold,the actual homeowners will be able to take control of the HOA and will
_ do a better job of maintaining the area.
