There are empty lots that are rapidly becoming an eyesore with over grown weeds and grass. Our property values will decline if the area is not built up. I have visited the site of JR Rose Architecture in Coppell and he builds a very attractive townhouse that I think would be an asset to the Townhomes of Westgate. His development plan, I believe, is superior to that of David Weekly. This is an excellent location and it will attract buyers. I believe the marketing plan is a good one.
