We are unable to attend the scheduled meeting of Tuesday, July 20,2010
but would like to make the following comments concerning this request for
a zoning change in our sub-division.
We have no objection to the change over from townhouses to patio
homes except that we would like to have a clean break in where they would
start. We feel that it would be better to continue with townhouses in the
northern section of this property and start patio home development in the
southern section. This would allow townhouses to be in one section and
patio homes in another. We do not like the appearanee of looking across
the street at patio homes. No one else currently in townhouses would have a
direct view of patio homes therefore we don't believe that we should either.
We also have a concem that without a clean break in the mixed units it
will tend to lower our property values even more than they already have.
We also need some assurance that the construction quality of the patio
homes will be equal to the high standards used in constructing our
townhouses or our overall property values will be effected.
Please take these concems into consideration when voting on this
requested change.
