This letter confirms on May 19, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA20-39 for the property addressed 713 East Texas Street, legally
described as Block 105, Lot 11, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install a new 6' tall western red cedar fence with two gates to enclose the trash
cans;
as per the attached site plan and photos with the condition a permit be obtained from
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
