At your request, members of our engineering staff visited the referenced site to observe the
framing of the canopy support. Based on our review of the site conditions and review of
construction photographs, it is our opinion that the canopy support has been constructed in
accordance with the project plans (LRE Project No. 2014-0711) and meets or exceeds the
requirements of the 2006 IBC as modified by the City of Grapevine.,
