In reference to above permit please provide required information in response to following comments in two hard
copies.
Comments:
Clarify use of proposed structure. Permit is applied for covered detached patio cover, survey shows wood deck and
carport.
Label dimensions of the proposed work,setback from the rear and side property lines and from the existing structure on
the lot on the site plan.
In building coverage detail add proposed patio cover area to existing house footprint area including detached shed area
and in impervious area detail add complete new concrete deck area to existing impervious area of the lot.
Provide construction detail for detached patio cover, post size, beam size and span, roof framing details like joist and
rafter size, span,spacing. Provide specie of lumber for all framing member.
Fence requires separate permit.
Check permit application for electrical trade and provide electrical drawing.
