Provide copy of the plat or survey showing 60' of lot 3 is taken to lot 4. I will resubmit with a copy of the plat survey.
Foundation plan shall be sealed and signed by register engineer. acaled plan has been resubmitted.
Label side and rear set back on site plan. Revised.
If removing any load bearing wall from existing garage, provide detail for roof support. Existing roof removed
completely.All trusses bear on exterior walls.
Clarify if any work to driveway. Existing driveway to remain.
Lot drainage plan required. Delivered to city building inspection secretary. Included in resubmited.
