Several of the original homeowners still live in their homes in the neighborhood. The house remained largely unchanged until 2004 including its hardwood (oak)floors, which remain in the original structure today. The current owner purchased the house in 2003 as his first home. Currently the home has two HVAC units in the attic from a previous addition to the home by the previous owner and a third in a closet within the soon to be remodeled area. The three units will be re-designed to only two larger units eliminating the need for three units. Three units will be changed to two with the two new units being installed in the existing location within the attic above the existing master bedroom closet. All structural considerations for those new units were accomplished in the previous re-model and addition by the previous owner and no additional weight will be added to the roof.
