Engineered letter submitted on April 9 2018 state the work meets and exceed IRC 2015, city has not adopted IRC 2015 yet. Work shall comply with the city adopted IRC 2006. In his letter the engineer has mentioned that cosmetics works are needed after remaining items are corrected. Clarify which items needed to be corrected and is this a final inspection done by the engineer without items corrected?The drawings submitted with the letter shall be sealed and signed by the engineer. Please call for foundation inspections, provide required information for foundation repair work and close the foundation repair permit. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Remove and replace existing skirting of house and attached front porch to facilitate leveling of the house foundation; 2. Replace house skirting with imprinted metal skirting to be painted in house color scheme; 3. Replace porch skirting with pressure treated wood lattice in diamond pattern; 4. Construct new cedar wood fence in rear yard of house six feet in height with 2'x4' cedar rails mounted on metal posts with all posts to be boxed in with wood; as per the attached drawings and photos with the condition a building permit is obtained from the Building Department.
