This letter confirms that on September 26, 2012, the Historic Preservation
Commission approved with conditions CA #12 -62 for the property addressed 523
South Main Street legally described as Block 16, Lots B & C, City of Grapevine,
Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
i. to demolish the existing gazebo and replace with a new larger structure;
remove exiting four -tier fountain and construct a stream with pool from the
original fountain basin running to the new gazebo as per attached plans
with the condition that all building and landscape materials be approved by
staff under a separate Certificate of Appropriateness.
