ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All Conditional Use and Special Use Applications are assumed to be complete
when filed and will be placed on the agenda for public hearing at the discretion of
the staff. Based on the size of the agenda, your application may be scheduled to a
later date.
All public hearings will be opened and testimony given by applicants and
interested citizenry. Public hearings may be continued to the next public hearing.
Public hearings will not be tabled.
Any changes to a site plan (no matter how minor or major) approved with a
conditional use or a special use permit can only be approved by city council
through the public hearing process.
Any application for a change in zoning or for an amendment to the zoning
ordinance shall have, from the date of submittal, a period of four months to
request and be scheduled on an agenda before the Planning and Zoning
Commission and City Council. If after said period of four months an application
has not been scheduled before the Commission and Council said application shall
be considered withdrawn, with forfeiture of all filing fees. The application, along
with the required filing fee may be resubmitted any time thereafter for
reconsideration. Delays in scheduling applications before the Planning and
Zoning Commission and City Council created by city staff shall not be considered
a part of the four month period.

ILLUMINATION PLAN
An illumination plan to include a site photometric (including illuminated signs) and
all fixture details shall be submitted as part of the site plan review process.
Applications will not be accepted without this requirement.

1. Please add case number CU14-10 and revise the address to 210 N. Main
Street within the signature block.
2. Please label the site plan as Dimensional Control Site Plan. Provide a site
data table for Lots 3 and 2R along with a parking analysis of each
tenant/suite of the existing building. Label the uses within the building.
3. Please provide a perimeter dimension of the existing floor/seating plan,
show the number of seats outdoors, label the consumption, alcohol
storage and point-of-sale areas.
4. Please provide an outdoor speaker/television plan showing the location,
number and type of the existing/proposed speakers/televisions. If none

5. Please add adjacent zoning to the west, north and east as follows: "CN"
Neighborhood Commercial District, "GU" Governmental Use (west 65 -
feet), "R-5.0" Zero Lot Line District and "HC" Highway Commercial District.
6. Please label the location of the existing wooden fence including the height
along the west and north property lines.
7. Please dimension a typical parking space (9'x18') and label all parking as
existing. Please label the location of the proposed patio cover and
dimension the distance of patio cover to the north and south property
lines.
8. Please label the refuse storage area and pole sign and label as existing.
9. Please label the existing landscaped areas within Lots 3 and 2R, and
include the amount within the site data table.
10. Please add the following notes to the dimensional control site plan:
a) Conditional use request CU14-10 is a request to amend the
previously approved site plan of CU09-08, (Ord. 2009-18) for the
possession, storage, retail sales and on -premise consumption of
alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed beverages), outside
dining in conjunction with a restaurant, specifically to allow a patio
cover over an existing outdoor patio.
b) The entire site is the premises.
11. Please label the lighting levels will not exceed the following lighting levels
adjacent to the west, north, east and south property lines as follows: 3.0
footcandles, 3.0 footcandles (west 65 -feet), 0.2 footcandles adjacent to
residential zoning, 3.0 footcandles and 3.0 footcandles.
12. For archival purposes please provide a less dense hatching for the patio
area.
13. Please label the overall height, the proposed materials for the patio cover
and provide the height of the existing handrail. On the patio floor plan
please label front and side which corresponds to the front and side
elevation of the patio cover and add the remaining side elevation.
14. Please provide an internal traffic circulation plan.
15. For verification purposes please email a PDF of the final plans by
Tuesday, March 25th to atriplettft- rapevinetexas.gov. Please do not
approval
The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal,
which is due by Friday, March 28th for the April 15 joint public
hearing. Please submit the revised documents to the Department of
Development Services at 200 South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
one (1) Mylar of each sheet (minimum size 22" x 34")
forty (40) reduced sorted (collated sets) copies at 11" x 17" three hole
punched, stapled and z -folded (fold the right edge to the left edge
and then fold the right edge in half to form a z -fold).
one (1) colored 11" x 17" version of the landscape plan without the
details/charts.
If these revisions are made and submitted at the correct time, you will be
scheduled for the next available agenda.
