This letter confirms on May 26, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
#CA20-40 for the property addressed 324 South Main Street, legally described as Block 2, Lot
13A, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
1. Repaint the front of the building in the following paint color scheme:
Front wall - Sherwin Williams's #SW 0006, "Toile Red";
Wood Storefronts and doors — Behr PPE, Color Code #N 4007, "Vine Leaf";
as per the attached color swatch and photo.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / ins not, required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
