This letter confirms on March 12, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -28 for the property addressed 651 South Main Street, legally
described as Block 15 Lot 15R, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to repaint the existing metal sign over the entrance 154" wide X 21.75 high
to read "A.J.'s On MAIN" in painted lettering only with no vinyl, adhesive
or laminate lettering.
per the attached drawing and with the condition a sign permit is required from
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for fees and information regarding
permits.
