This letter confirms on June 3, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA20-44 for the property addressed 604 South Main Street, legally
described as Block 14, Lot 1A, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this
Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Change brand name on the existing sign structure: remove two existing sign
panels, one from each side of the sign structure with the text line "Tire Pros", and
replace with two new sign panels with the text line "Continental";
as per the attached specifications and photos with the condition a permit is obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Ce icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is 4 is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
