This letter confirms that on March 18, 2011, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions CA11-18 for property addressed at 8186 South Main Street legally described
as Block , Lot 4D per Plat A-4794, Lipscomb & Daniel Subdivision. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
"Texas Star Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre" two 48" x 106" aluminum wall signs,
one on south side of building (Dallas Road) and one on the east side of building
(Main Street).
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit F is / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Departme at 817-410-3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
