The following � action was taken as a result of the closed session. ; € f RESOLUTION, CITY MANAGER IIKPIAYENIlV'I' AGREENID.VT k As a result of the �ecutive Session, City Staff recc�rmended approval of a � resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the employme_nt agreement, con- taining mutual tern�s, conditions and covenants as outlined, in the agreement � with the City Manager for an annual salary of $70,000.00. �. The caption of the proposed resolution was read into the record. � r Council Me.mber Glynn made a mption to approve the resolution authorizing the � Mayor to e�tecute the employment agreement with City Manager Dennis Dawson. � The motion was seconded by Council Member Traverse and prevailed by the �, ensuing vote: � ; Ayes .
