This letter confirms on June 12, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA20-48 for the property addressed 319 East College Street, legally
described as Block 29, Lot 2, the Original Town of Grapevine, City of Grapevine Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install Boral Cementous Board & Batten siding in the recessed wall area of the
new addition, surrounding the termination vent of the direct vent fireplace;
as per the attached elevation drawing, with the condition a permit be obtained from
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
