SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST CU04-07; LOT 1 R2R1, BLOCK 1,
HAYLEY ADDITION
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Site Plan Review Committee consider the proposed changes to
Conditional Use Request CU91-22 (Ord. 92-09) approved at the February 18, 1992
meeting for an auto repair and retail shop, and take any other action necessary.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Originally, Conditional Use Request CU91-17 (Ord. 91-69) was approved at the
September 17, 1991 meeting for a planned commercial center and allowed for an auto
repair shop. At the February 18, 1992 meeting Conditional Use Request CU91-22,
,, (Ord. 92-09) was approved to allow the relocation of a 20 foot pole sign and to
reconfigure the parking lot planter islands.
With this request the applicant proposes to replace the existing pole sign with a 20-foot
monument sign for increased visibility.
