This letter confirms on June 16, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA20-49 for the property addressed 120 South Main Street, legally
described as Block A, Lot Al, Starr Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install a new projecting hanging sign, 18" high x 30" wide, supported from a metal
bracket with bracket mounted on the right hand side of the front of the building; sign
to be painted metal, with no vinyl letters or film allowed;
as per the attached drawings and photos, with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permits / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
