The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Install 3' high iron fence in front yard of house surrounding front lawn; fence to jog inward, away from street light and water meter at the north end of the lawn; 2. Install 3 iron entry gates, one gate on each side of the fenced front lawn area; as per the attached site plan, photos, and fence style example, with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
