A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE INDUS-
TRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

WHEREAS, Aulton D. Mullendore was appointed initial
Director of the City of Grapevine Industrial Development
Corporation' s Board of Directors, and
WHEREAS, Aulton D. Mullendore' s term as a member of
the City Council has expired, thereby causing his term on
the Board of Directors to expire, and it is therefore incum-
bent upon the City Council to appoint a Director to fill the
vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings and declarations con-
tained in the preambles of this Resolution are hereby
repeated and incorporated herein as part of this Resolution.
Section 2 . That the City Council hereby reappoints
Aulton D. Mullendore, who is at least eighteen (18) years
of age, and is a duly qualified elector of the City on the
��•�} date of this appointment, to continue serving as a member
of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, such service
to be at all times subject to the powers of the City under
�" the Act and the Articles of Incorporation. .
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately from and after its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL on this the
7th day of July, 1981.
