This instrument does not release the owners or operators of aircraft from liability for damage to person or property caused by falling aircraft or falling physical objects from aircraft, except as stated herein with respect ta noise, fumes, dust, fu�I, and lubricant particles. It is agreed that this Release shall be binding upon :said owner and his heirs and assigns, and successors in interest to said property; and it is furt_her agreed that this instrument shall be a covenant running with the land, and shall be recorded in the Deed Records of the county or counties in which the property is situated.
